Add Hot Spare for Windows 10 NAS
If ITE2 NAS user encounter single hard drive damage (system status: unsafe or abnormal) under RAID 1 type. They can rebuild data by Add hot spare method.
First, you have to replace damaged hard drive with a new one.

Replace damaged HDD in Windows 10 NAS

In the PDM interface, ITE2 NAS provide Micro Blog function, which can use as a NAS share/announcement information platform. Even if the non-login user can still see the messages from NAS user.
In [Micro Blog] function, the regular user needs to open permission by admin user in [User Management] to start to use the feature.
After the regular user gets the permission they can create, edit, delete the [Micro Blog] they created.
Admin user has all the permission to edit and delete all the user’s micro blog. In the following post will introduce you how to use the [Micro Blog] functions.
Access NAS files by Mac OS shared list
MAC OS users may think the ITE2 NAS is using Windows 10 loT Enterprise OS; then it should not be compatible with MAC OS.
However, ITE2 NAS files can access by any browser you can get, just enter the ITE2 NAS specific address then you can access your ITE2 NAS files!
If you think it is non-convenient to access your NAS files through browser every time, you can directly set ITE2 NAS as your MAC shared list.
Then you can directly use Finder to the browser or aces your NAS files all the time. Please see the following steps for how to set up your shared list.
