What can ITE2 NAS user do if they run out of storage space and want to upgrade capacity for their NAS?

Here comes a great and easy solution that user can do!

Under the RAID 1, 5, 10, and other modes like that, we can use [Add hot spare] function.

This function not only can replace the damaged hard drive but also can replace the original hard drive with a larger one.

Please refer to the following introduction for more information.

(Note: This function does not suitable for RAID 0 NAS).

System Backup & Restore on Windows 10 NAS

When we are operating our Windows 10 NAS, if we want to reset system due to system display abnormal or slow, we can use the PDM interface system backup function.

Create a system backup first then restore the system if you need on the Windows 10 NAS desktop.

Moreover, system backup function can also restore all the PDM users and groups to the backup timing status.

So we highly recommend that Windows 10 NAS user should do the system backup after creating all the users and groups to avoid any system data loss.

For more information, please refer to the following system backup and restore introduction.
