ITE2 NAS Share Link Introduction

If you have ever used online cloud storage services like Dropbox or Google Drive, you should know the file share link function.

As a private cloud storage device, ITE2 NAS definitely provide this function too!

In ITE2 NAS [Share link] function, we will create an exclusive link for files that can access by other people.

In that case, when you want to share files to other people who do not have NAS, you can use share link method to share your NAS files.

Micro Blog Introduction (Windows 10 NAS)

In the PDM interface, ITE2 NAS provide Micro Blog function, which can use as a NAS share/announcement information platform. Even if the non-login user can still see the messages from NAS user.

In [Micro Blog] function, the regular user needs to open permission by admin user in [User Management] to start to use the feature.

After the regular user gets the permission they can create, edit, delete the [Micro Blog] they created.

Admin user has all the permission to edit and delete all the user’s micro blog. In the following post will introduce you how to use the [Micro Blog] functions.

Access NAS files by Mac OS shared list

MAC OS users may think the ITE2 NAS is using Windows 10 loT Enterprise OS; then it should not be compatible with MAC OS.

However, ITE2 NAS files can access by any browser you can get, just enter the ITE2 NAS specific address then you can access your ITE2 NAS files!

If you think it is non-convenient to access your NAS files through browser every time, you can directly set ITE2 NAS as your MAC shared list.

Then you can directly use Finder to the browser or aces your NAS files all the time. Please see the following steps for how to set up your shared list.

PowerCloud Account Settings Introduction

In PowerCloud, account settings function can let you log out or switch to another NAS account.

This function can help you manage if you have more than one NAS or if you want to manage more than one NAS accounts. You can click the upright corner    icon and find the account settings function [Log in another Account] and [Log out] in the below.
