File Management – Sort function introduction

In Windows 10 NAS – PDM 1.2.7.0 version, it has added [Sort by] and [Display number] function in [File Management] page.

The sorting function can be in ascending order or descending order by [Modified Date], [Type]. [Size], [File Name]. In the [File Management] page, it can also display file number in 10, 25, 50, 75, 100.

First, in [File Management] page, the user should see a new function – [Sort by] and [Display Number].

Moreover, on the left-down corner, it has added [Total Files] number function besides [You already used].

[Total Files] means the total file/folder number in this space or folder.

When we click [Sort by], user can choose to order by [Modified Date], [Type]. [Size], [File Name] in ascending order or descending order.

In this example, we chose sort file size by descending order.

After the click, the system will automatically update the file display method, so you can see the display files was ordered from big size to small size.

File Management – Display Number

When we click [Display Number], the user can choose to adjust the file display number in each page.

In this example, we chose display number as 25.

After the click, you should see the file list has added the Straight scrolls that can be pulled down to view more files.
