Power Data Manager (PDM) is a cloud storage UI special designed for ITE2 NAS. Let you easily manage your files on ITE2 NAS cloud storage. PDM UI uses flat visual effects with intuitive operations, let the NAS starter can easily access NAS files in cloud storage world.

The most prominent feature of this interface is that PDM still allows the bottom operating system, which can let ITE2 NAS keep the original OS. So PDM has two different version based on different OS, one is Windows 10 IoT Enterprise version, and another is Linux version.

Windows 10 Power Data Manager Introduction

This version of Power Data Manager UI builds on the Windows 10 loT Enterprise OS. When you create accounts based on this version of PDM, those accounts will link to Windows 10 IoT Enterprise AD (Active Directory), which will be more cautious about security and permission setting.

PDM UI not only can let the starter easily understand how to use the cloud storage and hard disk backup mechanism, but they can also use NAS as a mini PC. No matter you are conducting the document works or using as a website server. This version of PDM UI can easily meet your needs.

ITE2 NAS – Windows 10 PDM Function Description

File Management

Provide public space, home space, backup space and group space.
You can connect an external device with ITE2 NAS, and use the file management to send the files.
You can view, copy, delete, move around, rename, upload and download all the ITE2 NAS files in PDM.
You can build, delete or rename file folders in ITE2 NAS.
You can build a file sharing link and share to external user for downloading.
You can share ITE2 NAS files directly to the micro blog.
Provide file and folder searching function.
Unique backup space efficiently reduce the data damage caused by network attacks

Micro Blog

Users can post information and share files to other users on this platform. Can use it as a media of sharing message between each user.

System Management

Provide system upgrade, system reset, system backup, system control panel and so on.
When the ITE2 NAS is using as a website server, it allows website content display and be searched on the search engine.
Remote desktop function.
Enable HTTP function.

Personalization Setting

You can bind your social media to account like Facebook or Google+ to ITE2 NAS, which allows you to log-in to NAS more secure and faster.

Network Management

Manage IP setting, Wi-Fi sharing setting, and DDNS setting.

User management

Build or delete users, and set each user’s permission.
Build or delete groups, add users into groups and set each user’s group permission.
Set each users’ maximum hard drive usage capacity.
Allow social media friends using your social media account to access ITE2 NAS permission.
Maximum user and group are the same amounts as Windows AD (Active Directory).

HDD Management

Review HDD info and each HDD status.
Manage HDD space, create space and share folder.
Delete space, create a partition or rebuild RAID (This function will format all ITE2 NAS files).

Linux Power Data Manager Introduction

This version of Power Data Manager builds on the open source Linux OS and suitable for corporate users or developers.

Moreover, Linux version can not only use as a website server but also can be as a mail server, virtual machine and so on, which can also apply API key, allow users easily integrate developed software with PDM interface, to create more applications.
